Anti-FBXL6 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein F-box and leucine rich repeat protein 6. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 539 amino acid residues and a mass of 58.6 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. FBXL6 is known to be involved with proteolysis. Synonyms for this target antigen include FBL6A, PP14630, F-box/LRR-repeat protein 6, F-box protein Fbl6, and FBL6. FBXL6 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Some FBXL6 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunocytochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
