Anti-F-box protein 17 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the FBXO17 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 278 amino acid residues and a mass of 31.5 kDa. It is found to be expressed in heart, skeletal muscle, liver and kidney. Other names for this target antigen include F-box only protein 26, F-box protein FBG4, and F-box only protein 17.
