Anti-ADP ribosylation factor like GTPase 1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene ARL1 in humans. The gene may also be known as ADP-ribosylation factor-like 1, ARFL1, and ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 1. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 20.4 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, yeast, plant, fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
