Anti-NFKB3 Antibody Products

Anti-NFKB3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target NFKB3 is a known alias name of the protein RELA proto-oncogene, NF-kB subunit, encoded by the RELA gene in humans. This 551-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in organ morphogenesis and the cellular response to lipopolysaccharides, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features methylated, ubiquitinated, sumoylated, acetylated, cleaved and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for NFKB3 include AIF3BL3 and CMCU. A number of NFKB3 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.

  • Recombinant REAfinity™ Antibodies

Recombinant REAfinity™ Antibodies for reproducible flow cytometry results Recombinant antibodies are the next generation of engineered flow cytometry antibodies, and represent the first truly fundamental shift in antibodies since monoclonals were first developed 40 years ago. Recombinant antibodies are derived from a defined set of genes, and the production process is highly standardized. Therefore, these antibodies are consistent in their structure and performance, leading to high experimental...
