Anti-HOXD11 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein homeobox D11. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 338 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Abd-B homeobox protein family, HOXD11 is known to be involved with the regulation of transcription. Synonyms for this target antigen include HOX4F, homeobox protein Hox-D11, Hox-4.6, mouse, homolog of, homeo box 4F, homeobox protein Hox-4F, and HOX4. HOXD11 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of HOXD11 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
