Anti-HOXD1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein homeobox D1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 328 amino acid residues and a mass of 34.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Antp homeobox protein family, HOXD1 is known to be involved with the regulation of cell differentiation and the regulation of transcription. Synonyms for this target antigen include HOX4G, Hox-4.7, homeobox protein Hox-D1, homeo box 4G, homeobox protein Hox-GG, and HOX4. HOXD1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chimpanzee species. Some HOXD1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
