Anti-DENND4A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein DENN domain containing 4A. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1863 amino acid residues and a mass of 209.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. DENND4A is a suspected guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) which may activate RAB10. Synonyms for this target antigen include MYCPBP, C-myc promoter-binding protein, DENN domain-containing protein 4A, DENN/MADD domain containing 4A, c-myc promoter binding protein, and IRLB. DENND4A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the DENND4A antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
