Anti-LIN52 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein lin-52 DREAM MuvB core complex component. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 116 amino acid residues and a mass of 13 kDa. A member of the Lin-52 protein family, LIN52 is known to be involved with the regulation of transcription. Synonyms for this target antigen include protein lin-52 homolog and lin-52 homolog. LIN52 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunohistochemistry is the most common application for the LIN52 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry are also common applications.
