Anti-ZNF385B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 385B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 471 amino acid residues and a mass of 50.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 5 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in germinal center of lymph node. ZNF385B is believed to play a role in p53/TP53-mediated apoptosis. Synonyms for this target antigen include zinc finger protein 533. ZNF385B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These ZNF385B antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
