Anti-MADER antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the MADER antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NAB2 gene, which encodes NGFI-A binding protein 2. This protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of MADER has a canonical amino acid length of 525 residues and a protein mass of 56.6 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. MADER is a member of the NAB protein family. Western Blot is the most common application for the MADER antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
