Anti-C7orf50 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein chromosome 7 open reading frame 50. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 194 amino acid residues and a mass of 22.1 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include uncharacterized protein C7orf50. C7orf50 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some C7orf50 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
