Anti-Transmembrane p24 trafficking protein 10 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene TMED10 in humans. The gene may also be known as P24(DELTA), S31I125, S31III125, TMP21, transmembrane emp24 domain-containing protein 10, and 21 kDa transmembrane trafficking protein. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 25 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
