Anti-ILT11 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ILT11 is a known alias name of the protein leukocyte immunoglobulin like receptor A5, encoded by the LILRA5 gene in humans. This 299-amino acid residue protein is believed to play a role in triggering innate immune responses. It is localized to the cell membrane and is secreted of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is noted to be expressed mostly in tissues of the hematopoietic system, including bone marrow, spleen, lymph node and peripheral leukocytes. Indicated applications for ILT11 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
