Anti-ABP-278 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ABP-278 is a known alias name of the protein filamin B, encoded by the FLNB gene in humans. This 2602-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cytoskeleton organization and signal transduction pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell and features ubiquitinated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for ABP-278 include ABP-280 and AOI. Western Blot is the most common application for the ABP-278 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
