Anti-ZC3H18 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger CCCH-type containing 18. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 953 amino acid residues and a mass of 106.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include conserved nuclear protein NHN1, nuclear protein NHN1, and zinc finger CCCH domain-containing protein 18. ZC3H18 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of ZC3H18 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Immunocytochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
