Anti-Ketohexokinase antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene KHK in humans. The Ketohexokinase protein has an expected mass of 32.5 kDa, but there are 2 reported isoforms. The protein may also be known as Fructokinase, Ketohexokinase (fructokinase), hepatic fructokinase, and testicular tissue protein Li 102. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
