Anti-ALG1 chitobiosyldiphosphodolichol beta-mannosyltransferase like 2 antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the ALG1L2 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 215 amino acid residues and a mass of 24.2 kDa. A member of the Glycosyltransferase group 1 protein family, it is believed to be a type of glycosyltransferase. Other names for this target antigen include putative glycosyltransferase ALG1L2 and asparagine-linked glycosylation 1-like 2.
