Anti-TBC1D14 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein TBC1 domain family member 14. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 693 amino acid residues and a mass of 78.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the golgi. Alternative splicing is reported to yield 2 different isoforms for this protein. TBC1D14 is reported to play a role in in the regulation of starvation-induced autophagosome formation.
