Anti-DENND11 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein DENN domain containing 11. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 455 amino acid residues and a mass of 51.4 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the DENND11 protein family, DENND11 is a suspected guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF). Synonyms for this target antigen include predicted protein of HQ2561, protein LCHN, and DENN domain-containing protein 11. DENND11 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species.
