Anti-SANT and BTB domain regulator of CSR antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the SANBR gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 718 amino acid residues and a mass of 82 kDa. Alternative splicing is reported to yield 4 different isoforms for this protein. It is a member of the KIAA1841 protein family. Other names for this target antigen include SANT and BTB domain regulator of class switch recombination. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species.
