Anti-SWT1 RNA endoribonuclease homolog antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the SWT1 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 900 amino acid residues and a mass of 103.2 kDa. It is noted to be expressed weakly in testis. It is a member of the SWT1 protein family. Other names for this target antigen include HsSwt1, transcriptional protein SWT1, and C1orf26. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species.
