Anti-olfactory receptor family 4 subfamily X member 2 antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the OR4X2 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 303 amino acid residues and a mass of 34.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Other names for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 4X2 and olfactory receptor OR11-105. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse and chimpanzee species.
