Anti-TCL1 family AKT coactivator B antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the TCL1B gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 128 amino acid residues and a mass of 14.8 kDa. It is reported to be expressed in a variety of tissues including placenta and testis. It is a member of the TCL1 protein family. Other names for this target antigen include TML1, T-cell leukemia/lymphoma protein 1B, T cell leukemia/lymphoma 1B, T-cell lymphoma/leukemia 1B, TCL1/ MTCP1-like 1, and SYN-1. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse, bovine and chimpanzee species.
