Anti-AZI antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The AZI antigen is another term for the human protein antizyme inhibitor 1, encoded by the AZIN1 gene. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 448 residues and a mass of 49.5 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and it is notably expressed in the liver. The AZI protein is a member of the Orn/Lys/Arg decarboxylase class-II protein family. Indicated applications for AZI antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
