Anti-ITPRID2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ITPR interacting domain containing 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1259 amino acid residues and a mass of 138.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be highly expressed in the pancreas and testis. Post-translational modifications have been described, including protein cleavage. Synonyms for this target antigen include CS1, KRAP, SPAG13, SSFA2, protein ITPRID2, and CS-1. ITPRID2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species.
