Anti-TTC38 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein tetratricopeptide repeat domain 38. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 469 amino acid residues and a mass of 52.8 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the TTC38 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include tetratricopeptide repeat protein 38, TPR repeat protein 38, and LL22NC03-5H6.5. TTC38 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the Ttc38 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
