Anti-Cathepsin K antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene CTSK in humans. The Cathepsin K protein has a reported amino acid length of 329 and an expected mass of 37 kDa. The protein may also be known as CTS02, CTSO, CTSO1, CTSO2, cathepsin O, and cathepsin O1. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
