Anti-KTI12 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein KTI12 chromatin associated homolog. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 354 amino acid residues and a mass of 38.6 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the KTI12 protein family, KTI12 is known to be involved with the regulation of transcription. Synonyms for this target antigen include protein KTI12 homolog and KTI12 homolog, chromatin associated. KTI12 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the KTI12 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
