Clone S253-32 is reported to be a monoclonal antibody specific to the mouse gene, NOTCH1. This antibody clone has been reported to also recognize the rat ortholog of the target gene. Indicated applications for antibody clone S253-32 include Western blot, immunofluorescence, and immunocytochemistry.
