A majority of suppliers have reported the clone 10H7 to be a mouse monoclonal antibody specific to the human gene, PTK2, also known as Protein tyrosine kinase 2 and FAK. Other suppliers describe clone 10H7 to be a mouse monoclonal antibody against mouse SNCA, or synuclein, alpha. This antibody clone has been reported to also recognize the mouse ortholog of the target gene.
