Anti-upstream binding transcription factor, RNA polymerase I Antibody Products

Anti-upstream binding transcription factor, RNA polymerase I antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The upstream binding transcription factor, RNA polymerase I antigen is another term for the human protein upstream binding transcription factor, encoded by the UBTF gene. The protein is known to recognize the ribosomal RNA gene promoter and activates transcription mediated by RNA polymerase I through cooperative interactions with the transcription factor SL1/TIF-IB complex. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 764 residues and a mass of 89.4 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. Other alias names for upstream binding transcription factor, RNA polymerase I include CONDBA, NOR-90, and UBF.
