Anti-hedgehog acyltransferase-like antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The hedgehog acyltransferase-like antigen is another term for the human protein hedgehog acyltransferase like, encoded by the HHATL gene. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 504 residues and a mass of 56.7 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the ER and it is reported to have heart-specific expression. The hedgehog acyltransferase-like protein is a member of the Membrane-bound acyltransferase protein family.
