Anti-TLNRD1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein talin rod domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 362 amino acid residues and a mass of 37.8 kDa. TLNRD1 is reported to be an actin-binding protein, which may have an oncogenic function and regulates cell proliferation, migration and invasion in cancer cells. Synonyms for this target antigen include talin rod domain-containing protein 1 and mesoderm development candidate 1. TLNRD1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunocytochemistry is the most common application for the TLNRD1 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
