Anti-ARMH1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein armadillo like helical domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 440 amino acid residues and a mass of 48.9 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. The ARMH1 marker can be used to identify Mature CD4 Single-Positive Thymocytes.* Synonyms for this target antigen include armadillo-like helical domain containing protein 1 and uncharacterized protein C1orf228. ARMH1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some ARMH1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunofluorescence is a widely used application for these antibodies. Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry are also common applications.
