Anti-TMEM169 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein 169. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 297 amino acid residues and a mass of 33.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is notably expressed in the cerebral cortex, cerebellum, and adrenal gland. TMEM169 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunocytochemistry is a widely used application for the TMEM169 antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunofluorescence is also a common application.
