Anti-SNX31 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein sorting nexin 31. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 440 amino acid residues and a mass of 50.8 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Sorting nexin protein family, SNX31 is suspected to be involved in protein trafficking. SNX31 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the SNX31 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
