Anti-LENG9 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leukocyte receptor cluster member 9. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 501 amino acid residues and a mass of 53.2 kDa. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bronchus, vagina, and appendix. Synonyms for this target antigen include leukocyte receptor cluster (LRC) member 9. LENG9 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Some LENG9 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunohistochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
