Anti-ANKRD13D antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ankyrin repeat domain 13D. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 605 amino acid residues and a mass of 68.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. ANKRD13D is reported to be an ubiquitin-binding protein that specifically recognizes and binds 'Lys-63'-linked ubiquitin. Synonyms for this target antigen include ankyrin repeat domain-containing protein 13D and ankyrin repeat domain 13 family, member D. ANKRD13D gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These ANKRD13D antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
