Anti-UPK3BL1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein uroplakin 3B like 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 263 amino acid residues and a mass of 28.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is notably expressed in the urinary bladder, tonsil, and kidney. It is a member of the Uroplakin-3 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include uroplakin 3C protein, uroplakin-3-like protein, uroplakin-like protein, and uroplakin-3b-like protein 1. These UPK3BL1 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
