Anti-TSPY like 6 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the TSPYL6 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 410 amino acid residues and a mass of 45.9 kDa. The TSPY like 6 protein is a member of the Nucleosome assembly protein (NAP) protein family. Other names for this target antigen include TSPY-like protein 6, testicular tissue protein Li 211, and testis-specific Y-encoded-like protein 6.
