Anti-N4BP2L2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein NEDD4 binding protein 2 like 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 583 amino acid residues and a mass of 67.5 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. N4BP2L2 is known to be involved with the regulation of cell differentiation and the regulation of transcription. Synonyms for this target antigen include CG005, CG016, PFAAP5, phosphonoformate immuno-associated protein 5, protein from BRCA2 region, and 92M18.3. N4BP2L2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the N4BP2L2 antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
