Anti-LRCH4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leucine rich repeats and calponin homology domain containing 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 683 amino acid residues and a mass of 73.5 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. LRCH4 is known to be involved with the regulation of transcription and nervous system development. Synonyms for this target antigen include LRRN1, LRRN4, PP14183, leucine-rich repeat and calponin homology domain-containing protein 4, leucine-rich neuronal protein, and LRN. LRCH4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chimpanzee species. Some LRCH4 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
