Anti-SSMEM1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein serine rich single-pass membrane protein 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 244 amino acid residues and a mass of 28.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. SSMEM1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Immunohistochemistry is the most common application for the SSMEM1 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
