Anti-DPY19L1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein dpy-19 like C-mannosyltransferase 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 675 amino acid residues and a mass of 77.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Alternative splicing is reported to yield 2 different isoforms for this protein. It is widely expressed across many tissue types.
