Anti-BHLHB9 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target BHLHB9 is a known alias name of the protein G protein-coupled receptor associated sorting protein family member 3, encoded by the GPRASP3 gene in humans. This 547-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the regulation of apoptosis, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in the brain. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for BHLHB9 antibodies.
