Anti-IGDCC3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein immunoglobulin superfamily DCC subclass member 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 814 amino acid residues and a mass of 86.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. A member of the DCC protein family, IGDCC3 is known to be involved with cell adhesion. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include PUNC, putative neuronal cell adhesion molecule, and HsT18880. IGDCC3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Flow Cytometry is the most common application for the IGDCC3 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry are also common applications.
