Anti-ZNF114 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 114. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 417 amino acid residues and a mass of 47.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF114 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include zinc finger protein 114 (Y18). ZNF114 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. These ZNF114 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
