Anti-PLEKHG1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein pleckstrin homology and RhoGEF domain containing G1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1385 amino acid residues and a mass of 155.4 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. PLEKHG1 is known to be involved with GPCR signaling pathways. Synonyms for this target antigen include pleckstrin homology domain containing, family G (with RhoGef domain) member 1, and pleckstrin homology domain-containing family G member 1. PLEKHG1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for PLEKHG1 antibodies.
