Anti-ZNF567 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 567. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 647 amino acid residues and a mass of 75.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF567 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF567 gene orthologs have been reported in the bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF567 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
