Anti-hnRNP M antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target hnRNP M is a known alias name of the protein heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein M, encoded by the HNRNPM gene in humans. This 730-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in RNA splicing, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features sumoylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for hnRNP M include CEAR, CEAR, and HNRNPM4. Indicated applications for hnRNP M antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
